    Dont need a call centre or an auto attendant? An Enhanced Ring Group allows you to handle calls sufficiently.

    An ERG has basic queuing and features, without the analytics of a call Centre.

  • MOH -Music On Hold

    We have 2 options with MOH.

    These include:

    Using system standard music

    or
    Fully customizable royalty free music that you can record an advert over the top to help advertise or promote your services while your callers are waiting.

  • Call Analytics

    With Call Analytics you are able to monitor how many callers you recieve, how many were answered, un-answered and a lot more in depth analytics.

    Not only does it monitor your callers but it monitors your agents also. It monitors how long they were signed in, signed off, how many calls they took, how many breaks etc etc.

    Really useful if you have a high volume of calls.

  • Voicemail To Email

    Want to be notified about a voicemail quickly? Rather than a flashing light on your phone we have the option to email all your voicemails off the system automatically and instantly as soon as your receive them.

What Happens If We Have Broadband Failure?

Our system is designed with a failover we can make calls go to a mobile or another phone at your request or automatically should your broadband go down for any reason.

Calls Included?

We can include up to 2000 minutes per user free off charge within the licence fee (calls outside of this will be charged)

Can I Really Work From Anywhere?

Yes!. So long as you have broadband, Wi-Fi or mobile data you really can work from anywhere. With the IPV Application your call handling capabilities become endless.

Can We Get Extra Training?

Yes! Staff not in on the day we install? Do you want your agents to have a more in depth training?
